How to get Abs
Ooooh! sore Abs!!! My challenge continues and and my abs are killing me!! A friend suggested proper stretching is the way to avoid this. Stretching exercises will also lengthen the muscle and help tone your abs. I also read somewhere that you should only do ab exercises once or twice a week. I think I need to cut back a little. Maybe I will look into doing yoga.........

How to get Abs
I have been having lower back pain and I was suggested to strengthen my core muscles. So looked this up and found that ab exercises can help with sciatica pain and help correct your posture. I also wanted to learn how to do this properly as you can do yourself some injuries if you are not doing it right. So you challenge for strong abs begins......
