How to get Abs

Ooooh! sore Abs!!! My challenge continues and and my abs are killing me!! A friend suggested proper stretching is the way to avoid this. Stretching exercises will also lengthen the muscle and help tone your abs. I also read somewhere that you should only do ab exercises once or twice a week. I think I need to cut back a little. Maybe I will look into doing yoga.........
