I have been looking at all different places to get suggestions about strengthening my as and I have found this one site that has a guy that does an online consultation and gives you online support. He also has a few stretches and videos to show you how to get abs and do it properly. I think it would have been easier to just go to this site. He is not bad looking either!!!
